You must be at least 18 years old to use Discreet. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. The App is available in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.
You agree not to: harass, threaten, or intimidate other users; post offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content; impersonate another person; use the App for commercial purposes without authorization; attempt to hack or disrupt the service.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.
Premium features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed via cryptocurrency. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting content, you grant Discreet a non-exclusive license to display it within the App for the purpose of providing the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for interactions between users.
